- Reservations made for stays 30+ days out will be charged one night stay as a deposit, which is non-refundable.
- 30 days prior to your arrival the remaining balance will be charged, which then becomes non-refundable.
- A cleaning fee of $60 per stay will be applied to all reservations.
- Limited parking, space for one vehicle per room only. Additional offsite overnight paid parking is available at Airport Skier Parking Lot.
- No pets allowed. No ESA. Exception: Service animals welcome.
- There are stairs at this property, the elevator goes to the second floor only.
- Breckenridge Boutique LLC will be the name that appears on your credit card statement.
